Canceling a Paid Order

Quality – related Returns
If you discover a significant defect in the item you received, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving the package. The item must be in the same condition as when it was dispatched. While we conduct meticulous pre – shipment inspections, it’s the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product upon arrival. Please note that items damaged due to customer negligence will not be eligible for a refund.
Returns Due to Incorrect Items
If the product you receive does not match your order (such as the wrong color or style), we will arrange for a replacement.
Non – Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged, stained, worn, contaminated, or have any odors that may affect resale value.
- Screen extenders missing original components due to customer actions.
- Items received more than 30 days ago.
- Only regularly – priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, items purchased as part of special offers are not eligible for refunds.
How to Return

- Clear pictures of all sides of the product
- A photo showing all the original accessories
- A photo of the original packaging
- The reason for the return

- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a return.
- Please return the item in its original packaging.

Shipping for Returns
Please do not return your purchases directly to the manufacturer. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. There is no additional handling fee for returns. The time it takes for your exchange to reach you may vary depending on your location. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
