I have a 2nd monitor in my Office and use it all the time. It is truly a necessity these days. However, when I travel, I still have work I do that having a 2nd monitor for my laptop would be GREAT! I’ve always wanted a 2nd monitor as I frequently have multiple documents open and switching between them is a pain. Just makes it a lot easier. I saw Synnov 2nd monitor a few weeks ago and ordered it. It came right away. Setting up was Very Easy. It clipped on the screen of my Lenovo 15.5” Laptop and plugged into the HDMI port and USB port for power. There’s also a kickstand on the back so it doesn’t fall over. The monitor is well designed and feels very solid. The only thing that I had to do was to go into settings and set the “extend these display” so each screen would be independent. I also fine-tuned some of the color settings by using the button on the top of the screen. The button also is used for volume. It’s a little bit of a learning curve, but after a few tries I got the hang of it, and it looks great! I also like the travel case it comes with. Most of the time these are cheesy sleeves, but this is a very nice case with a nice pocket for the cables. Very happy with my purchase.
